Formal Consultation for Admissions Policy 2025 - 2026
St George Catholic College are formally consulting on their admissions policy for 2025-26 to amend the order of the over-subscription criteria, changing the priority order of children attending a named feeder Catholic Primary School (from category 5 to 6) and children of staff (from category 6 to 5).
The consultation for the college will run to 26th January 2024.
The consultation is being led by Southampton City Council and welcomes views from any interested parties. Please send any comments to: email@example.com, and firstname.lastname@example.org stating whether you are a parent/carer of a student (and of which school), a local resident, a member of college staff or any other interested party.

Admissions for September 2024
St George is not a catchment school and places are offered in priority order of the categories outlined in our Admissions Policy and on the SIF (Supplementary Information Form).
To apply for a place in Year 7 at St George for your son or daughter in September 2024, two things must be done:
- You must apply to the Local Authority in which you live between September and 31st October 2023. This can be done online or on paper. You should specify four preferences of schools. Please visit https://www.southampton.gov.uk/schools-learning/find-school/apply-school/
- You must complete a Supplementary Information Form (SIF). Evidence should be provided if necessary. This must be returned to St George by 31st October 2023. The SIF for 2024 entry can be downloaded below and emailed back electronically (with evidence) to email@example.com
