  • Extracurricular

Whether their interests lie in sports, sciences or the arts, our students have opportunities to get involved in a range of extracurricular activities throughout the school year. The full range of activities is available to download here (hyperlink this to the booklet).

We expect all students in Years 7 and 8 to take part in at least one activity for at least one half-term (or equivalent six-week period) each year.

Throughout the year, students from all year groups are able to take advantage of well-organised trips, some of which involve travel abroad. These have included visits to the Battlefields of Belgium, skiing in Vermont, USA, watersports in southern France and cultural tours of Barcelona. Closer to home, there are opportunities to visit the theatres and museums of London as well as here on the south coast.
