Teacher of Science

We are now seeking a full-time Teacher of Science, starting in September 2024.

Contract type: Full Time, Permanent.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone to join our fabulous Science department. We are a cohesive team who ASPIRE to be the best we can be. We have a culture of sharing best practice and are continually reflecting on, and improving our teaching practice to ensure the highest outcomes from all our students. With a new state of the art Science block, a department of 7 full time specialists, and two full time science technicians we have achieved outstanding results for the last 6 years. In 2023 combined science achieved 89% grades 4-9, 70% grades 5-9, 25% grades 7-9 and 100% grades 5-9 for Triple Science. The successful applicant would benefit from entering a supportive environment with a blend of skills, innovation and experience.

It is an oversubscribed school, with a proven track record of continued success currently ranked in the top 150 schools nationally for progress.
