Charities

We support a variety of charities and students from our College Council are actively involved in the selection of the charities we support each year.

As a Catholic college we support the Catholic charity CAFOD.

During Advent 2016, were recommitted ourselves to preparing Christmas gift bags for the seafarers who come in and out of Southampton daily. We learned to knit to make cosy hats and scarves, collected and filled gift bags to present at mass on the last day of term and wore Christmas jumpers and paid £1 to go to the Apostleship of the Sea. The port chaplain for Southampton, Rev Roger Stone preached at mass and told us about the seafarers.
He then took the gifts straight to the docks and distributed them.
Love in action!
